Shipping

COMMON KIN offers worldwide delivery. UAE orders are processed through Quiqup, while international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping costs vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Delivery times also vary depending on the shipping address. Working days in the UAE are Sunday to Thursday, with weekends on Friday and Saturday. Orders placed after Thursday 4 PM (GST) will be processed the following Sunday. Orders placed during a promotion may take longer to process.

  • Domestic Delivery (UAE): 2 - 3 working days
  • Same Day Domestic Delivery (Dubai only): Same day if ordered before 14:00
  • 4-Hour Domestic Delivery (Dubai only): Within 4 hours if ordered before 18:00
  • Express Shipping (International): 4 - 7 working days

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email with all purchase details. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking number. Click “Track Package” to be redirected to our delivery partner’s website to follow the live status of your order.

Duties & Taxes

Delivery charges do not include import fees (duties and taxes), which may apply depending on the destination.

Cancellations

To cancel your order before shipping confirmation, contact us at info@commonkin.store with your order number. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, the order is out for delivery. You can return items in their original condition for a refund or exchange. Orders placed during a promotion cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items within 7 calendar days of purchase. Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Items cannot be exchanged more than once (nor can they be returned after they've been exchanged).
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear must have the original hygienic protective strip intact.
  • Face masks cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs for returns are not covered by COMMON KIN.
  • Any duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Orders purchased during a promotion cannot be returned or refunded.

Items not meeting our policy will not be accepted.

Return Process

Customers must log in to their account where they can request a return. Once the return is accepted, they will be contacted by email with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and accept the returned items, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method, excluding duties and taxes. Refunds may take 15 working days or more to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Faulty Items

If items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@commonkin.store.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
